Kestrel (she/her) is a storyteller, internationally trained journalist and the creator of Conscious Chatter. Launched in 2016, it was the first global podcast dedicated to fashion and sustainability. Over the years, Kestrel has welcomed an expansion in the dialogue, and holds gratitude for the many diverse guests who have helped her challenge the narrative on the show. The most recent season has a focus on self work and highlights the importance of vulnerability in creating change.
